ब्रांडहाउस (Brandhouse) रितेल्स लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी के सदस्यों ने डाक मतपत्र के माध्यम से 314 अधिनियम की धारा (1 ख) के तहत विशेष संकल्प पारित किया है जिसमे मिस अंजनी एन. कासलीवाल, उपाध्यक्ष (विलास ब्रांडों) की देय पारिश्रमिक में वृद्धि के लिए और उसे रखने के लिए और सतत कंपनी में लाभ का पद धारण करने के लिए, आवश्यक बहुमत के साथ।
English Translation:
Brandhouse Retails Ltd has informed that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have passed the Special Resolution under Section 314 (1B) of the Act for increase in the remuneration payable to Ms. Anjani N. Kasliwal, Vice-President (Luxury Brands) and for her holding and continuing to hold an office of profit in the Company, by requisite majority.
