टाटा म्युचुअल फंड भारत के प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) के साथ एक प्रस्ताव दस्तावेज में दर्ज किया है टाटा निश्चित अवधि श्रृंखला 1-3, एक 3 साल की आय कोष समाप्त प्रक्षेपण। इस योजना के लिए नए फंड प्रस्ताव (एनएफओ) मूल्य 10 रुपए प्रति इकाई होगा। पूंजी सराहना प्राप्त करने के लिए, इस योजना के इक्विटी में छोटा सा हिस्सा निवेश / इक्विटी संबंधित उपकरणों मे करना होगा। योजना दो विकल्प उपलब्ध कराता है - विकास विकल्प और लाभांश भुगतान विकल्प। कोई प्रवेश और निकास भार प्रभारी योजना के लिए नहीं होगा। कम से कम आवेदन राशि प्रत्येक विकास और लाभांश भुगतान विकल्प के लिए 10,000 रूपये होगी।

English Translation:

Tata Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch Tata Fixed Tenure Series 1-3, a 3 year close ended income fund. The new fund offer (NFO) price for the scheme will be Rs 10 per unit. To attain capital appreciation, the scheme will invest small portion in equity/ equity related instruments. The scheme offers two option viz. growth option & dividend payout option. Entry and exit load charge will be nil for the scheme. Minimum application amount will be Rs 10,000 each for growth and dividend payout option.
