National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2010, inter alia, have approved payment of interim dividend @ Rs. 1.50 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 644.31 crores for the financial year 2009-10.
