बालाजी अमिनेस लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि 29 अप्रैल 2010 को कंपनी के निदेशक बोर्ड की आयोजित बैठक में अन्य बातों के साथ निम्नलिखित मामलों पर विचार किया गया :
1. 2.50 रुपए प्रति शेयर अर्थात 25% लाभांश भुगतान की सिफारिश की 10 रुपये प्रति शेयर मूल्य पर और यह देय होगा शेयरधारकों द्वारा आगामी वार्षिक आम बैठक में मंजूरी के बाद।
2. कंपनी के प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में 1 अप्रैल 2010 से तीन साल की अवधि के लिए पुन: श्री ए प्रताप रेड्डी की नियुक्ति ।
3. 1 अप्रैल 2010 श्री एन राजेश्वर रेड्डी, श्री डी. राम रेड्डी और श्री जी हेमंत रेड्डी का तीन साल की अवधि के लिए पूर्ण कालिक निदेशक के रूप में पुन: नियुक्ति।
उपर दिए गये निर्देशकों की पुन: नियुक्ति कंपनी के आगामी वार्षिक आम बैठक में कंपनी के शेयरधारकों की पुष्टि के अधीन हैं।
English Translation:
Balaji Amines Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2010, inter alia, has transacted the following matters:
1. Recommended the payment of dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share i.e. 25% on par value of Rs. 10/- per share and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Re-appointed Shri A. Prathap Reddy as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2010.
3. Re-appointed Shri N. Rajeshwar Reddy, Shri D. Ram Reddy & Shri G. Hemanth Reddy as Whole Time Directors for a period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2010.
The above reappointments of directors are subject to confirmation of the shareholders of the Company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
