Government of India has said that Indian economy has bounced back from global financial crisis and is expected to go back to 9% growth next fiscal. Indian Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee commented on rebound by Indian economy at an event of laying the foundation stone for the Rs 790-crore ESIC Medical Education Complex in this backward district of North Karnataka. Further, he also emphasized on concerns surrounding the healthcare sector. Pranab Mukherjee said the economy has overcome the global financial crisis in an appreciable manner and performance is better in comparison with what it was a year ago. Further he also said that GDP is estimated to grow around 8.5 % during FY11 and may grow above 9% in 2011-12.
