Traders are apprehensive that subdued demand in the spot market against adequate stocks position may lead the prices in red again. The contract for July delivery was trading at Rs 4565.00, up by 0.20% or Rs 9 from its previous closing of Rs 4556.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 4745 lots. The contract for August delivery was trading at Rs 4685.00, up by 0.04% or Rs 2 from its previous closing of Rs 4683.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 1960 lots on the NCDEX.
