कोल इंडिया की आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) ने अपने अंत से पहले दिन 11.61 बार प्रमाणित हुआ। यह 631636440 इक्विटी शेयरों के इश्यू के खिलाफ 7332074950 शेयरों के लिए बोलियां प्राप्त हुई है, जबकि एनएसई के पास उपलब्ध आंकड़ों के अनुसार 143627400 बोली प्राप्त हुई थी। इस आईपीओ के माध्यम से सरकार ने अपनी हिस्सेदारी का 10% कम करने और पोस्ट आईपीओ के मामले मे 90% के साथ हिस्सेदारी छोड़ दी जाएगी और लगभग 15,000 करोड़ रूपये के आसपास वृद्धि होगी। पीएसयू प्रत्येक 10 रुपये के अंकित मूल्य पर 63.16 करोड़ शेयरों की पेशकश करेगा। वहाँ खुदरा निवेशकों के लिए एक 5% छूट और कर्मचारियों के लिए 5% होगी।

Coal India’s initial public offering (IPO) has been subscribed 11.61 times on its penultimate day. It has received bids for 7332074950 shares against the issue size of 631636440 equity shares, while 143627400 bids were received at the cutoff price as per the data available with the NSE. The government through this IPO will be diluting its 10% of stake and post IPO will be left with 90% of stake and aims to raise around Rs 15,000 crore. The PSU will offer 63.16 crore shares at a face value of Rs 10 each. There will be a 5% discount for retail investors and 5% for employees.
