Blue Bird Receives Letter Of Approval From CDR Cell : ब्लू बर्ड ने सीडीआर सेल से अप्प्रोवल पत्र प्राप्त किया : 31st जनुअरी

ब्लू बर्ड (भारत) को कंपनी ऋण पुनर्गठन (सीडीआर) ने अपनी सीडीआर प्रणाली के तहत पुनर्गठन के प्रस्ताव के लिए सेल के अनुमोदन प्राप्त हुआ है। कंपनी को अनुमोदन आवश्यक पत्र 28 जनवरी, 2011 को मिला।

नकद और ग्राहकों से बकाया राशि की वसूली में कमी के कारण कंपनी को नकदी की कमी का सामना करना पड़ा जिसके परिणामस्वरूप उधारदाताओं और अन्य लेनदारों को भुगतान करने में चूक हुई। समय और चुकौती के विस्तार की मांग के लिए कंपनी ने 30 मार्च 2010 को एक सीडीआर प्रस्ताव भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के सीडीआर सेल को प्रस्तुत किया था।

English Translation:

Blue Bird (India) has received Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Cell’s approval for its restructuring proposal under CDR system. The company bagged the necessary Letter of Approval as on January 28, 2011.

The company due to cash loss and delay in recovery of dues from the customers faced a cash crunch resulting into default in payment to lenders and other creditors. The company for seeking extension of time and repayment had submitted a CDR proposal to CDR Cell of Reserve Bank of India on March 30, 2010.
