नीला इनफ्रास्ट्रक्चर्स की आयोजित होने वाली 6 अगस्त 2011 बोर्ड बैठक मे समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष 30 जून 2011 के लिए कंपनी के जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर और बिना जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर विचार किया जाएगा और 31 मार्च 2011 को समाप्त वर्ष के लिए कंपनी के वार्षिक खातों को मंजूरी दे दी है.
बोर्ड लाभांश की सलाह देगी. यदि कोई हो.
English Translation:
The board meeting of Nila Infrastructures will be held on 06 August 2011 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended 30 June 2011 and to approve the annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2011.
The board will also recommend dividend, if any.
