हिंदी अनुवाद :स्टेट रन स्टील अथॉरिटी ऑफ़ इंडिया (सेल) ने अगले 3-4 महीनों में एक 50:50 संयुक्त कोबे स्टील, एक जापानी कंपनी के साथ समझौते उद्यम (जेवी) पर हस्ताक्षर की उम्मीद है। इस समझौते में जापानी कंपनी के पेटेंट प्रौद्योगिकी हासिल करने के लिए सेल मदद कर सकता है यह एक प्रथम की अपनी खास तरह की कंपनी उद्यम के लिए जाएगा। वर्तमान में कंपनी के प्रस्तावित उद्यम के बारे में व्यवहार्यता अध्ययन में लगे हुए है।
दोनों कंपनियों के बातचीत करने के लिए भारत में एक 0.5 मिलियन टन ग्रीनफील्ड इस्पात संयंत्र है कि 1,500 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश के कोबे स्टील के अग्रणी स्टील बनाने के प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग से पैदा होगा निर्धारित कर रहे हैं। मूल्य के लिए इस्तेमाल किया अनुप्रयोगों जोड़ा और यह मिश्र धातु इस्पात संयंत्र है के दुर्गापुर कम सेल पर लागू होगा। नई इकाई उपयोग कोबे स्टील लोहा बनाने के लिए सोने की डली बनाने प्रौद्योगिकी में डाल दिया जाएगा। यह मिश्र धातु इस्पात की एक विशेष प्रकार है जो विशिष्ट अनुप्रयोगों होगा उत्पादन होगा।
English Translation :
State run Steel Authority of India (SAIL) in next 3-4 months is expected to sign a 50:50 joint venture (JV) agreement with Kobe Steel, a Japanese company. This agreement will help SAIL to acquire the Japanese company's patented technology this will be a first-of-its- kind venture for the company. Presently the company is engaged in a feasibility study about the proposed venture.
Both the companies are in talks to set up a 0.5 million tonne greenfield steel plant in India that would entail an investment of Rs 1,500 crore utilising Kobe Steel's pioneering steel-making technology, used for value added applications and it would be implemented at SAIL’s alloy steel plant at Durgapur. The new unit will put into use Kobe Steel's iron-making technology to make nuggets. It will produce a special type of alloy steel which will have specific applications.
