Swajas Air Charters IPO Opens On Sep. 26 :स्वजास एयर चार्टर्स ने 26 सितम्बर को आईपीओ खोलेगा : 24-09-11

कंपनी ने 100 रुपये के लिए 90 रुपये का प्राइस बैंड तय किया इस मुद्दे को 26 सितंबर को खोलेगे और 28 सितंबर, 2011 को बंद होगा। आर्यमान वित्तीय सेवाएँ चल लीड मैनेजर और कैमिया कॉर्पोरेट सेवाएँ मुद्दे पर रजिस्ट्रार है किताब है।

सेटिंग एमआरओ / हैंगर सुविधा के ऊपर वित्त, कार्यालय की इमारत / अंतरिक्ष की खरीद वित्त, कार्यशील पूंजी आवश्यकताओं और सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट प्रयोजनों के वित्त कंपनी के लिए भाग के लिए मुद्दा आय का उपयोग बेड़े में विस्तार वित्त इरादा है।

Swajas Air Charters, Non-Scheduled Airline Operator, is planning to raise Rs 3,750 lakhs through an initial public offering.

The company has set price band of Rs 90 to Rs 100. The issue opens on September 26 and closes on September 28, 2011. Aryaman Financial Services is the book running lead manager and Cameo Corporate Services is the registrar to the issue.

The company intends to utilize the issue proceeds to part finance the fleet expansion; finance the setting up of MRO/hangar facility; finance the purchase of office building / space; finance the working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
