मुद्दा आज यानी 05 अक्टूबर, 2011 को होगा। कंपनी 70 रुपये की कीमत 84 रुपये तक बैंड का गठन किया था। कॉर्पोरेट सामरिक एलियांज बुक चल लीड मैनेजर है और शरेप्रो सर्विसेस (इंडिया) के मुद्दे पर रजिस्ट्रार है।

Indo Thai Securities, a financial service provider, initial public offer (IPO) was subscribed 1.10 times till 1600 hrs on last day of the issue. As per the data available with the NSE, total bid of 4396560 shares were received for the issue of 4000000 shares and 4118480 bids were received at the cut-off price.

The issue closes today i.e., on October 05, 2011. The company had set a price band of Rs 70 to Rs 84. Corporate Strategic Allianz is the Book running lead manager and Sharepro Services (India) is the registrar to the issue.
