हिंदी अनुवाद:जेएम फाइनेंशियल म्यूचुअल फंड ने 28 दिसम्बर 2011 को रिकॉर्ड तिथि के रूप में जेएम फिक्स्ड मैच्योरिटी फंड- सीरीज XX -डी के लाभांश विकल्प के अंतर्गत लाभांश देने की घोषणा की। लाभांश के लिए रिकार्ड तारीख 28 दिसंबर, 2011 है।
लाभांश की मात्रा रिकॉर्ड तिथि तक विकल्प का एनएवी में संपादित मुल्यांकन पर होगी। इसके अलावा, जेएम निश्चित परिपक्वता फंड -सीरीज XX- डी के लिए पात्र इकाई धारकों मालिकों / लाभकारी इकाई धारकों (डीमैट रूप में) का निर्धारण करने के प्रयोजन के लिए दिसम्बर 28, 2011 रिकॉर्ड तिथि के रूप में तय किया गया है जो जेएम फिक्स्ड मैच्योरिटी फंड -सीरीज-XX डी की परिपक्वता तारीख को परिपक्वता / मोचन आय के लिए हकदार होगा।
परिपक्वता दिनांक 28 दिसंबर, 2011 है। इन इकाइयों के व्यापार जो एनएसई के पूंजी बाजार खंड पर सूचीबद्ध हैं 27 दिसंबर, 2011 से प्रभावी स्वचालित रूप से निलंबित हो जायेंगे और बंद बाजार में कोई भी लेनदेन की अनुमति दी जाएगी।
English Translation:
JM Financial Mutual Fund has announced 28 December 2011 as the record date for declaration of dividend under the dividend payout option of JM Fixed Maturity Fund-Series XX-D. The record date for dividend is December 28, 2011.
The quantum of dividend will be realised appreciation in the NAV of the option till the record date. Further, December 28, 2011 has been fixed as record date for the purpose of determining the eligible unit holders/beneficial owners holding units (in demat form) for JM Fixed Maturity Fund-Series XX-D, who would be entitled to maturity/redemption proceeds on the maturity date of JM Fixed Maturity Fund-Series XX-D.
The maturity date is on December 28, 2011. The trading of these units which are listed on Capital Market Segment of NSE will automatically get suspended with effect from December 27, 2011 and also no off market transactions shall be permitted.
