हिंदी अनुवाद:ऐक्सिस बैंक ने बीएसईएस राजधानी पावर (बीआरपीएल) के साथ दक्षिण और पश्चिम दिल्ली भर में ग्राहक सेबा केन्द्रों पर बाद के एटीएम मशीनों की स्थापना के लिए एक समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए है। यह समझौता बीआरपीएल की सहायता के लिए गैर - टैरिफ राजस्व उत्पन्न करेगा। इस प्रकार इस के साथ, जल्द ही, बीआरपीएल ऐक्सिस बैंक खाते वाले ग्राहक एटीएम के माध्यम से सीधे अपने बिजली के बिल का भुगतान करने में सक्षम हो जाएगा।

चूँकि वहाँ लागत चिंतनशील शुल्कों के लिए कोई विकल्प नहीं रहे हैं, कुछ हद तक अपने उपभोक्ताओं के टैरिफ दबाव को कम करने के लिए, बीआरपीएल राजस्व पीढ़ी के विभिन्न गैर टैरिफ स्रोतों की खोज है। इसके परिसर में एटीएम की स्थापना कंपनी के लिए ऐसा एक ही विकल्प उपलब्ध है।
English Translation:
Axis Bank has signed an agreement with BSES Rajdhani Power (BRPL) for setting up latter’s ATM machines at customer care centres across south and west Delhi. This agreement will assist BRPL to generate non-tariff revenue. Thus with this, soon, BRPL customers having Axis Bank accounts will be able to pay their electricity bills directly through the ATM.
The first ATM machine has already been inaugurated at the company's customer care centre at head office. Besides regular features, these ATM's will also be customized for BSES customers.
Since there are no substitute for cost reflective tariffs, to reduce the tariff pressure on its consumers to some extent, BRPL is exploring various non tariff sources of revenue generation. Setting-up of ATM's at its premises is one such option available to the company.
i am manmeet singh maken living on this current address for past 1.5 years.my electricity bill comes around (600 to 1000) in winters for two months and 2000 to 2500 for two months in summers. last month my bill came to Rs 1720/-i didnt received this bill .this month my bill came to Rs 4110/-. I was shocked to see this.immediately i called (BSES DELHI)customer care ,they told me that your meter load has been enhanced from 1kwh to 3 kwh. and your this month bill includes load enhancement charges of Rs 1200/- again i was shocked.they enhanced the load without my notice.how can they do this.this is a very irresponsible behaviour of bses delhi.this company is doing as they like .no one is able to stop them from doing this to the customers.im a middle income group man my salary is fix how can i bear this expense.this is my request please
