The Initial Public Offer (IPO) Excel Infoways Ltd got fully subscribed on the final day of offer today (17th July). The issue had opened on 14th July and most of the bids came from non-institutional investors. The company had came with a public issue of 56,67,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash.

महिंद्रा सत्यम ने 13 जुलाई को कहा की आवंटित 45,222 इक्विटी शेयर की कर्मचारियों के अधीन कंपनियों में स्टॉक विकल्प की योजना को उपस्थित किया जाए। बोर्ड ने 45,222 इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किए इसके अधीन स्टॉक विकल्प की योजना के लिए कंपनी ने कहा की, एक फाइलिंग की बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (बीएसई) की प्रणाली को उपस्थित किया जाए।

इस आवंटन के बाद 235.09 करोड़ रुपये के प्रतिकूल पहले के रूप में भुगतान किया गया इक्विटी शेयर कंपनी की स्थिर पूंजी के 235.10 करोड़ रुपये, को फाइलिंग में जोड़ा गया।

English Translation:

Mahindra Satyam on July 13 said that it has allotted 45,222 equity shares to its employees under the company''s stock option plans. The board has allotted 45,222 equity shares under the stock option plans of the company, it said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

After the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands at Rs 235.10 crore as against Rs 235.09 crore earlier, the filing added.
