गामोन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर परियोजनाओं लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है कि नोबल समूह लिमिटेड और एमएमटीसी लिमिटेड के साथ संघ में कंपनी ने प्रदीप पोर्ट ट्रस्ट (पीपीटी) द्वारा बीओटी के आधार पर उड़ीसा में प्रदीप विकास की डीप औषध की सामान्य लौह अयस्क के लिए इस परियोजना को सम्मानित किया।

इस परियोजना पर विचार करने के लिए निर्माण और एक सामान्य वर्णन को पूरा करने के लिए एक वार्षिक कालबद्ध निर्गम के लिए 10 मिलियन टन की परियोजना बनाई गई।

इस परियोजना की लागत में पीपीटी द्वारा 505 करोड़ रुपए होने का अनुमान किया गया है। इस परियोजना की रियायत 30 वर्ष की अवधि में, 3 वर्ष के निर्माण की अवधि भी शामिल है। इस परियोजना में कंपनी ने विशेष प्रयोजन वाहन में 31% की इक्विटी हिस्सेदारी को लागू किया। इस परियोजना के संबंध में इस रियायत समझौते में पहले दिन में ही हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे।

English Translation:

Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd has informed that the Company in consortium with Noble Group Ltd and MMTC Ltd has been awarded a Project for Development of Deep Draught Iron Ore Berth at Paradip in Orissa on BOT basis by the Paradip Port Trust (PPT).

The Project envisages construction and equipping of a berth handling an annual throughput of 10 million tonnes.

The Project cost has been estimated by the PPT at Rs 505 crores. The concession period of the Project is 30 years, including a construction period of 3 years. The Company has 31% equity stake in the Special Purpose Vehicle implementing the project. The Concession Agreement in relation to the project was signed earlier in the day.

गामोन की मुलभुत सुविधाए परियोजना लिमिटेड यह सूचना दी है की राजमुंदरी गोदावरी पुल लिमिटेड में, विशेष उद्द्येश्य वाहन डिजाइन निगमित करने के लिए इस परियोजना को लागू किया गया है और इसमे शामिल है डिसेंइंग, निर्माण, वित्तपोषण, परिचालन और निर्वाह आदि उपस्थित है, एक प्रमुख पुल के संपर्क में यह गोदावरी नदी के संवंधन में राजमुंदरी और कोव्वुर को एक साथ जोड़ने के लिए आंध्र प्रदेश में सफल हुए, आर्थिक संवरण के लिए इस परियोजना के साथ एक संघ में बैंकर्स के लिए एक सकल ऋण राशि में मुल्ये 566 करोड़ से अधिक है।

अनुमानित परियोजना की लागत 861 करोड़ रुपये है। इस परियोजना में एक केंद्रीय सरकारी अनुदान को 118.6 करोड़ रुपये और एक रुपये की अनुदान आंध्र प्रदेश की सरकार से 88.95 करोड़ रुपये का अधिकार मिला है। इस परियोजना बीओटी के आधार पर 25 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए, 3 वर्ष की निर्माण अवधि भी शामिल है।

English Translation:

Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd has informed that Rajahmundry Godavari Bridge Ltd, the special purpose vehicle incorporated for implementing the project for designing, constructing, financing, operating and maintaining a major bridge across the river Godavari connecting Rajahmundry and Kovvur in Andhra Pradesh has achieved the Financial Closure for its project with a consortium of bankers for an aggregate loan amount of upto Rs 566 crores.

The estimated Project cost is Rs 861 crores. The Project is entitled to a CentralGovernment grant of Rs 118.6 crores and a grant of Rs 88.95 crores from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The Project is on BOT basis for a period of 25 years, including a construction period of 3 years.
