एलआईसी हाउसिंग फाइनेंस ने नए क़र्ज़ 30 लाख से 75 लाख रुपये के लिए ब्याज दरो में 0.5% कटौती किया है । नई दरे 9.25% से 8.75% हो जाएगा। यह 1 अगस्त से प्रभावी होगा । यह निर्णय मौजूदा बाजार स्थितियों के कारण लिया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, एचडीएफसी ने भी क़र्ज 30 लाख से 50 लाख रुपय के लिए ब्याज दरो में 0.50% ं कटौती किया है। नई दर 9.5% से 9% हो गया है, लेकिन 15 लाख तक के क़र्ज़ के लिए ब्याज दर 8.75% पर अपरिवर्तित बनी हुई है और 15 लाख और 30 लाख के क़र्ज के लिए ब्याज दर 9% है।

English Translation:

With effect from August 1, LIC Housing Finance cut interest rates for new loans by 0.5% where for customers opting for floating rate loans between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 75 lakh, the new rates will be 8.755 against 9.25%. It is said that the decision was taken due to the prevailing market conditions. Additionally, HDFC has also cut interest rates on loans between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 50 lakh by 0.50% where the new rate stands at 9% from the previous 9.5% but for loans up to Rs 15 lakh, the rate remains unchanged at 8.75% and for loans between Rs 15 lakh and 30-lakh, the rate remains at 9%.

एचडीऍफ़सी मुचुअल फंड ने अनुमोदित किया है की 17 अप्रैल 2009 को रिकोड समय के लिए लाभांश की घोषणा की जाए जिस पर फेस मुल्ये 10 रूपये प्रति यूनिट के अधीन फुटकर योजना के साथ साधारण और त्रैमासिक लाभांश विकल्प में एचडीऍफ़सी की निश्चित अवधि की योजना 13M की मार्च 2008 (2) और थोक व्यापार योजना के साथ साधारण लाभांश विकल्प में एचडीऍफ़सी की निश्चित अवधि की योजना 13M की मार्च 2008(2) एक निश्चित अवधि की योजना के अधीन एचडीऍफ़सी की निश्चित अवधि की योजना की श्रृंखला VII है और यह एक दुर्लभ अवधि की आय प्रणाली है।

इस फंड हाउस ने यह तय किया है की 100% सरप्लस वितरण में रिकोड समय के लिए लाभांश उपस्थित हो।

इस नेव प्रणाली के लिए 9 अप्रैल 2009 को फुटकर योजना के साधारण लाभांश विकल्प में मुल्ये 11.0203 रूपये प्रति यूनिट थाै, फुटकर की त्रैमासिक लाभांश विकल्प में मुल्ये 10.5230 रूपये प्रति यूनिट और थोक व्यापार की साधारण लाभांश विकल्प में मुल्ये 11.0592 रूपये प्रति था।

यह प्रणाली बाहरी निवेशको के लिए नियमित आय द्बारा निवेश में उधार/मुद्रा बाजार के साधन और सरकारी सुरक्षा उत्तपन करते है।

English Translation:

HDFC Mutual Fund has approved 17 April 2009 as the record date for declaration of dividend on the face value of Rs 10 per unit under Retail Plan with normal and quarterly dividend options in HDFC Fixed Maturity Plan 13M March 2008 (2) and under wholesale plan with normal dividend option in HDFC Fixed Maturity Plan 13M March 2008(2) a fixed maturity plan under HDFC Fixed Maturity Plans-Series VII, a close-ended income scheme.

The fund house has decided to distribute 100% of distributable surplus as on the record date as dividend.

NAV of the Retail Plan-Normal dividend option was at Rs 11.0203 per unit, Retail -Quarterly dividend option was at Rs 10.5230 per unit and for Wholesale - Normal dividend option was at Rs 11.0592 per unit as on 9 April 2009.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate regular income through investments in debt/money market instruments and government securities.
