एनएचपीसी लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी ने अतिरिक्त जांच और अद्यतन की तैयारी विस्तृत 1200 मेगावाट तमंथी एच ई प्रोजेक्ट और म्यांमार मे 642 मेगावाट श्वेज़ाया एच ई प्रोजेक्ट के लिए 18 जनवरी 2010 को विदेश मंत्रालय और भारत सरकार के साथ प्रति प्रोजेक्ट 20 करोड़ रुपए के समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किये।

English Translation:

NHPC signing of agreement. NHPC Ltd has informed that the Company has signed Agreement for taking up Additional Investigations and Preparation of Updated Detailed Project Reports for 1200 MW Tamanthi HE Project and 642 MW Shwezaya HE Project in Myanmar, as consultancy assignments, with Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India on January 08, 2010 for Rs. 20 Crore each.

एनएचपीसी लिमिटेड ने बाजार को हिट करने के लिए सारी पूंजी स्थापित को कर दिया है। कम्पनी तैयार है इसके साथ यह प्रारंभिक शेयर को बेचने की योजना बना रहे है और सरकार के आदेश की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे है, एस. के. गर्ग ने कहा की सभी पत्रकारों को बता दिया जाए की कम्पनी के प्रबंध निर्देशक कौन है।

एनएचपीसी तैयार है आकर्षित अनुमोदित के लिए सुरक्षा और विनिमय बोर्ड भारत के लिए - यह तब तक वैध है जब तक की सितम्बर में - आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश की शुरुआत नही हो जाती।

English Translation:

NHPC Ltd is all set to hit the capital market. The company is ready with its initial share sale plan and is waiting for the government's nod, said S. K. Garg, who is also the company's managing director, told reporters.

NHPC has already secured the approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India - valid until September - to launch its initial public offering.
