बाजार आज का उल्टे असर के साथ तेजी से पिछले सत्र में विक्रय के बाद और एशियाई बाजारों से फर्म संकेत के पीछे सकारात्मक पूर्वाग्रह के साथ खुला। शुरुआत में एनएसई निफ्टी व्यापार 4700 अंक से अधिक और बीएसई सेंसक्स भी 15800 अंक से अधिक अंक के साथ व्यापार कर रहे थे। व्यापक बाजार इंडेक्स भी शेष शुरुआत फेवर के साथ व्यापार कर रहे थे इसके साथ दोनों बीएसई मिड कैप और बीएसई स्मॉल कैप व्यापार अधिक से अधिक प्रत्येक 1% लाभ के साथ व्यापार कर रहे थे। शुरुआत में सभी सेक्टोरिअल इंडेक्स व्यापार ग्रीन स्तर के साथ और ऑटो, अचल धन, आईटी, उपभोक्ता टिकाऊ और बैंकिंग स्टॉक अग्रिम रैली के साथ व्यापार कर रहे थे।

बीएसई सेंसेक्स व्यापार 183.35 बिन्दु और (1.17%) पर 15,849.99 से ऊपर है और एनएसई निफ्टी व्यापार 54.80 बिन्दु और (1.18%) पर 4,716.90 से उच्च है।

बीएसई मिड कैप व्यापार में 73.42 बिन्दु और (1.25%) पर 5,956.39 और बीएसई स्मॉल कैप में 88.88 बिन्दु और (1.27%) पर 7,085.91 की वृद्धि हुई।

यह समस्त विस्तृत सकारात्मक बाजार इस कारण है क्योकि अग्रिम स्टॉक 1326 गिरते हुए स्टॉक 327 और बीएसई पर शेष अपरिवर्तित स्टॉक 30 थे।

English Translation:

The markets bounced back today after a sharp sell off in the previous session and opened with positive bias on the back of firm cues from the Asian markets. The NSE Nifty is now trading above the 4700 mark and the BSE Sensex above the 15800 mark in the early trade. The broader market indices also remained in favor in the early trade with both the BSE Mid Cap and the BSE Small Cap are now trading with a gain of more than 1% each. All the sectorial indices are now trading in green with the Auto, Realty, IT, Consumer Durables and Banking stocks are fronting the rally in the opening trade.

The BSE Sensex is trading up by 183.35 points or (1.17%) at 15,849.99 and the NSE Nifty is trading higher by 54.80 points or (1.18%) at 4,716.90.

The BSE Mid Cap is trading higher by 73.42 points or (1.25%) at 5,956.39 and the BSE Small Cap grew by 88.88 points or (1.27%) to 7,085.91.

The Overall market breadth is positive as 1326 stocks are advancing while 327 stocks are declining and the 30 stocks remained unchanged on BSE.

लिंकन फार्मास्यूटिकल्स समिति ने लाभांश की सिफारिश कि- सितम्बर 01, 2009

लिंकन फार्मास्यूटिकल्स के बोर्ड ने वर्ष 2008 से 2009 के लिए प्रति शेयर (12 प्रतिशत) रूपये की 1.20 दर के लिए लाभांश के भुगतान की सिफारिश की है।

समिति ने भी 10 करोड़ रुपए से 12 करोड़ की प्राधिकृत शेयर पूंजी को बढ़ाने की मंजूरी दे दी है और कुल प्राथमिकता के आधार पर भी प्रत्येक 10 रुपए के 24,00,000 इक्विटी शेयरों के मुद्दे को मंजूरी दे दी है।

इस समिति की बैठकों ने यह तय किया था की समिति की बैठक को 31 अगस्त 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।

English Translation:

The board of Lincoln Pharmaceuticals has recommended the payment of dividend at the rate of Rs 1.20 per share (12%) for the year 2008-09.

The board has also approved to raise the authorized share capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 12 crore and has also approved the issue of total 24,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 31 August 2009.

मुचुअल फंड के क्रय में वृद्धि हुई- सितम्बर 01, 2009

हिन्दी अनुवाद:

मुचुअल फंड (एमऍफ़) ने शुक्रवार 28 अगस्त 2009 को कुल 65.50 करोड़ के शेयर ख़रीदे, जबकि वीरवार 27 अगस्त 2009 को कुल 16.70 करोड़ के शेयर उच्च स्तर पर थे।

मुचुअल फंड के नेट इनफ्लो 28 अगस्त 2009 को कुल 65.50 करोड़ रूपये था और परीणाम के लिए कुल 971 करोड़ के शेयर ख़रीदे गये और कुल 905.50 करोड़ के शेयर बेचे गए। बीएसई सेंसक्स ने उस दिन 141.27 बिन्दु और 0.9 प्रतिशत पर 15922.34 कि छलांग लगाई।

मुचुअल फंड में अगस्त 2009 में (उस समय 28 अगस्त 2009) तक कुल 657.60 करोड़ के शेयर ख़रीदे गए थे। मुचुअल फंड में जुलाई 2009 में कुल 1825.50 करोड़ के शेयर ख़रीदे गए थे।

Mutual funds (MFs) bought shares worth a net Rs 65.50 crore on Friday, 28 August 2009, higher than Rs 16.70 crore on Thursday, 27 August 2009.

MFs' net inflow of Rs 65.50 crore on 28 August 2009 was a result of gross purchases Rs 971 crore and gross sales Rs 905.50 crore. The BSE Sensex jumped 141.27 points or 0.9% to 15922.34 on that day.

MFs bought shares worth a net Rs 657.60 crore in August 2009 (till 28 August 2009). MFs had bought shares worth a net Rs 1825.50 crore in July 2009.
