करोड़ रुपए आवश्यक अनुमोदन के अधीन किया जा रहा प्राप्त करने के लिए बढ़ाने को मंजूरी दी है।English Translation:The board of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise in its meeting on 09 December 2010 has approved the allotment of 1,140,992 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each of the company to the International Finance Corporation, Washington on conversion of foreign currency convertible bonds to the extent of USD 7,500,000. These shares have been issued at a price of Rs 302.50 per share of Rs 5 each at a premium of 14% over the floor price determined as per the FCCB Scheme, 1993 (after the subdivision of each equity share of face value of Rs.10 per share into two equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each) and in accordance with the terms of the FCCB Loan Agreement dated 18 June 2009. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has increased from Rs 61.78 crore to Rs.62.36 crore. The number of fully paid up equity shares now stands at 124,710,710 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each. The board has approved to increase the authorized capital of the company from Rs 850 million to Rs 1,100 million subject to necessary approvals being obtained.
