Soyabean futures have moved higher on Tuesday tracking the global cues as weather still remains a cause of concern in Argentina. The commodity prices observed movement in both directions in previous session and finally closed flat. Today fresh buying is being witnessed amid lower supply, taking the prices higher. The contract for January delivery was trading at Rs 2337.00, up by 0.45% or Rs 10.50 from its previous closing of Rs 2326.50. The open interest of the contract stood at 94790 lots. The contract for February delivery was trading at Rs 2412.00, down by 0.60% or Rs 14.50 from its previous closing of Rs 2397.50. The open interest of the contract stood at 229520 lots NCDEX.

किर्लोस्कर फैरस इंडस्ट्रीज समिति ने अपनी बैठक 10 जनवरी 2011 में 1000 वियोज्य वारंट समाप्त कर दिया है और 1000 इक्विटी शेयर 5 रुपये प्रत्येक का पूरी तरह से भुगतान किया है, इक्विटी शेयर में वियोज्य वारंट के रूपांतरण के अनुसार।

आवंटन के फलस्वरूप , प्रदत्त कंपनी की शेयर पूंजी 68.65 करोड़ रुपए की वृद्धि पर खड़ा है।

English Translation:

The committee of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries in its meeting on 10 January 2011 has extinguished 1,000 detachable warrants and has allotted 1,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each fully paid, pursuant to the conversion of detachable warrants into equity shares.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 68.65 crore.

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has opened the New Fund Offer (NFO) Birla Sun Life Capital Protection Oriented Fund - Series 3, a close-ended capital protection oriented scheme. The NFO opens for subscription on January 10, 2011 and will close on January 24, 2011. No entry and exit load is applicable. The scheme will have duration of 36 months from the date of allotment. The scheme will be benchmarked against CRISIL Balanced Fund Index. The minimum application amount will be Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.
