हिन्दुस्तान निर्माण कंपनी लिमिटेड पुनः क्रय कि कंपनी है और 3.4 मिलियन अमरीकी डालर अपनी उत्त्कृष्ट जीरो कूपन को रद्द कर दिया विदेशी मुद्रा परिवर्तनीय बांड 2011 के कारण (बंधन) के लक्समबर्ग स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पर सूचीबद्ध के नाम से यूएसडी को सूचित किया है, के पी (डीआईआर की श्रृंखला) के अनुसार वृत्तीय संख्या 39 की दिनांक 08 दिसंबर 2008 को भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा जारी किए गए हैं। इस पुनर्खरीद के बाद बांड्स की उत्त्कृष्ट राशि और रद्द 96.6 मिलियन अमरीकी डालर है।

English Translation:

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has informed that the Company has repurchased and cancelled USD 3.4 million of its outstanding Zero Coupon USD denominated Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds due 2011 (the Bonds), listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, in accordance with the A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 39 dated December 08, 2008 issued by the Reserve Bank of India. The amount of Bonds outstanding after this repurchase and cancellation is USD 96.6 million.
