ब्रिटानिया उद्द्योग - स्टॉक विकल्प के अंतर्गत ईएसओएस का अनुदान- मई 28, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:ब्रिटेनिया उद्द्योग लिमिटेड ने यह सूचना दी है की वेतन/मुआवजा समिति के लिए बोर्ड के निर्देशकों ने कम्पनी की बैठक में 27 मई 2009 को यह अनुमोदित किया है की अनुदान के लिए 15,000 विकल्प हो और इसके अनुसार मिसिस. विनीता बाली, ने कम्पनी के लिए प्रबंधक निर्देशक के अधीन कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प की प्रणाली को आयोजित किया। प्रत्येक विकल्प प्रदान करने के लिए विकल्प के अनुसार अभ्यास पर कर्मचारी, कंपनी के लिए शेयर का एक हिस्सा प्राप्त करने का हकदार होगा।
इन विकल्पों में स्वीकृत विषय के अनुसार शर्तो और नियमो में सम्मिलित निम्नलिखित ईएसओएस के संचालन के अधीन मंजूर कर दिए गए है:
निहित अवधि - विकल्प अनुदान की तारीख के अनुसार एक वर्ष की एक न्यूनतम अवधि को 26 मई, 2010 में निहित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
Britannia Industries Ltd has informed that the Remuneration/Compensation committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2009 has approved the grant of 15,000 options to Ms. Vinita Bali, Managing Director under the Employee Stock Option Scheme of the Company. Each option granted will entitle the employee upon exercise of the options, to receive one share of the Company.
These options have been granted subject to the terms and conditions governing the ESOS including the following:
Vesting Period - A minimum period of one year from the date of grant Accordingly the options will vest on May 26, 2010.
इन विकल्पों में स्वीकृत विषय के अनुसार शर्तो और नियमो में सम्मिलित निम्नलिखित ईएसओएस के संचालन के अधीन मंजूर कर दिए गए है:
