हिन्दी अनुवाद:एमके ग्लोबल फाइनेंशियल सेवा लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित कीया है कि पारिश्रमिक/मुआवजा समिति के लिए इसकी बैठक में 24 जुलाई 2009 को स्वीकृत 2,07,500 स्टॉक विकल्प का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए समवस्तु संख्या के इक्विटी शेयर के प्रत्येक मुल्ये 10 रूपये पर कीमत के लिए मुल्ये 61 रूपये प्रति विकल्प, कि कर्मचारी के कंपनी के अधीन कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प योजना में 2007 के (ईएसओपी 2007) कि प्रणाली को आयोजित कीया गया। निम्नलिखित तरीके से 2,07,500 स्टॉक विकल्प को निहित कीया गया:
01 अप्रैल, 2012 - 30%
01 अप्रैल, 2013 - 30%
01 अप्रैल, 2014 - 40%
इस विकल्प में अभ्यास की अवधि के लिए 3 (तीन) वर्ष कि अवधि के समय को निहित किया गया।
English Translation:
Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed that Remuneration / Compensation Committee of the Board in its meeting held on July 24, 2009 have granted the 2,07,500 stock option representing equivalent number of equity shares of Rs 10/- each at the price of Rs 61/- per option, to the employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 (ESOP 2007). These 2,07,500 stock options shall vest in the following manner:
April 01, 2012 - 30%
April 01, 2013 - 30%
April 01, 2014 - 40%
The exercise period for the options shall be 3 (Three) years from the date of vesting.
