नियम और शर्तों कंपनी के प्रबंध निदेशक के रूप में श्री संजय जौहरी की नियुक्ति को अंतिम रूप /मंजूरी दे दी जाएगी बोर्ड द्वारा समय के कारण पाठ्यक्रम में।
English Translation:
Voltas Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Sanjay Johri, President of the Company as the Chief Executive Officer - Designate, with effect from November 30, 2009, to take over as the Managing Director of the Company upon retirement of Mr. A. Soni, Managing Director on April 22, 2010.
The terms and conditions of the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Johri as the Managing Director of the Company would be finalised/approved by the Board in due course of time.
