Kabirdass Motor Company Ltd, the battery-operated electric vehicles manufacturer, is lined up with an up coming IPO and has secured an approval for the same from the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI). According to the press release, it has been believed that the company is in the hopes of raising an amount of Rs. 67 crore from the process, which according to the release is expected to hit the market within the next two-months. The book-running lead managers (BRLMs) to the issue are Keynote Corporate Services Ltd and Canara Bank, while Cameo Corporate Services is the Registrar to the issue.
