Reliance Securities, a unit of Reliance Capital, has received ISO 9001:2008 certification for its strong business processes and service levels. The certification, approved by the British Standards Institution (BSI), also endorses that the quality system are effectively in place. Over the last few quarters, company had put substantial efforts in upgrading the processes to meet global standards and getting the same validated from reputed external agencies. ISO certification is one of the many steps in this direction. The system documents all steps in the delivery chain -- from the initial design stage all the way through final delivery and support of the product. Reliance Securities is a permitted user of the brand 'Reliance Money' for promoting its various products and services. Reliance Money, through its pan India presence with 6,233 outlets, has more than 3.5 million customers.
