ऑपरेटिंग 'ओज्जुस चिकित्सा' नोएडा में, गुडविल अस्पताल इस निर्गम के जरिए 62 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने की योजना बना रहा है। आईपीओ रेटिंग एजेंसी केयर द्वारा केयर आईपीओ ग्रेड 3 के साथ पुष्टि की, 09 जनवरी, 2012 को बंद होगा। कंपनी ने इस 100% बुक बिल्डिंग के मुद्दे के लिए प्राइस बैंड 175 रुपए से 185 रुपये निर्धारित किया है। एसपीए मर्चेंट बैंकर्स बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर है और बीटल वित्तीय और कंप्यूटर सर्विसेज मुद्दे के लिए रजिस्ट्रार है।

Operator of multi-specialty hospital, Goodwill Hospital and Research Centre’s initial public offer (IPO) continued to receive gloomy response on the second day of issue amid flat Indian equity markets. As per the data available with the NSE, total bid of 8085 shares were received for the issue of 3542857 shares and 3745 bids were received at the cut-off price.

Operating 'Ojjus Medicare' in Noida, Goodwill Hospital is planning to raise Rs 62 crore through this issue. The IPO, affirmed with CARE IPO grade 3 by rating agency CARE, will close on January 09, 2012. The company has set price band of Rs 175 to Rs 185 for this 100% book building issue. SPA Merchant Bankers is the book running lead manager and BEETAL Financial & Computer Services is the registrar to the issue.
