Prism Informatics Acquires 20.28% Stake In Idhasoft : प्रिस्म इन्फोर्मेटिक्स, इधासोफ्त में 20.28 फीसदी की हिस्सेदारी का अधिग्रहण करेगा : 03-04-12

English Translation :

Prism Informatics has acquired 20.28% stake in Idhasoft, an unlisted company. With Idhasoft having strong presence in US, the acquisition is expected to strengthen the position of combined entities globally. The acquisition, will however required Prism to publish its financials including the financials of Idhasoft for the first quarter of 2012-13 beginning from April 1, 2012. Idhasoft has a current run of Rs 400 crore, in revenue and this acquisition will increase Prism revenue by almost 100%. It would enhance Prism brand presence and with better co-ordination the managements expect organic growth in both the companies.
