रेलीगेर मुचुअल फंड ने लाभांश की घोषणा की- अप्रैल 22, 2009

रेलीगेर मुचुअल फंड ने लाभांश के अधीन विकल्प के लिए रेलीगेर की त्रैमासिक इंटरवल फंड की योजना J की उधार उन्मुख इंटरवल प्रणाली की घोषणा की। लाभांश के लिए रिकोड समय को 26 अप्रैल 2009 को वितरित किया जायेगा।

लाभांश राशि के लिए 100% सरप्लस वितरण पर रिकोड समय के लिए फेस मुल्ये 10.00 रूपये प्रति यूनिट है। इस अभिलिखित नेव प्रणाली में 17 अप्रैल 2009 को फुटकर और संस्थागत लाभांश योजना के अधीन क्रमशः मुल्ये 10.1532 रूपये प्रति यूनिट और 10.1530 रूपये प्रति यूनिट था।

यह प्रणाली बाहरी निवेशको के लिए उत्तपन आय द्बारा निवेश में एक संविभाग के लिए उधार और मुद्रा बाजार के साधन को उत्तपन करते है।

English Translation:

Religare Mutual Fund has approved to declare dividend under dividend option of Religare Quarterly Interval Fund-Plan J, debt oriented interval scheme. The record date for the same is April 26, 2009.

The quantum of dividend will be 100% of distributable surplus as on the record date on face value of Rs 10.00 per unit. The NAV of the regular and institutional dividend plan recorded at Rs 10.1532 per unit and Rs 10.1530 per unit, respectively as on April 17, 2009.

The objective of the scheme is to generate income by investing in a portfolio of debt as well as money market instruments.

The markets today opened on a positive note tracking overnight gains in the US. The Asian markets are however trading mixed. All the sectorial indices are trading in green in the early trade mainly led by the Realty, Banking, Metal and Capital Goods stocks. Broader markets also showed strength in the opening trade as both the BSE Mid Cap and the BSE Smaal Cap indices are trading with a gain of more than 1.5% each.

The BSE Sensex rising above the 11,000 mark and the NSE Nifty near the 3,400 mark in the early trade.

BSE Sensex was up by 115.04 points at 11,013.15 and the Nifty was up by 28.65 points to 3,393.95.

The BSE Mid Cap increased by 65.06 points to 3,588.20 and the BSE Small Cap grew by 63.33 points to 4,091.31.

The overall market breadth is positive as 1089 stocks are advancing while 417 stocks are declining on BSE.

He will replace the present CEO Milind Chalisgaonkar, who has decided to move into a part time role due to personal and family reasons.
